After leaving hometown, I always longed to return to the mountains near my childhood residence. The crystal-clear and chilly stream water, the slightly moist but oxygen-rich air, and the chirping of insects and birds. The wind blowing through the forest sounded like tidal waves.
I thought, what if I could call it at any time and listen to its voice?
In the city where I lived at the time, I found a nature park that offered a similar feeling. Using programs, sensors, and inner chips, I placed these small fans in the park. When the wind blows past them, they collect rotation speed and sound data, which are transmitted to the exhibition hall. The fans in the exhibition hall simulate their rotational frequencies and play the nearby sounds collected nearby at that time from the part. Drawings are also companied.
